2 Ingredient Popcorn Balls🍿 They’re gluten and dairy free, and so easy to make!
Ingredients:
•10 cups popcorn (I used LesserEvil air popped popcorn)
•1/2 cup honey
Instructions:
1. Add the honey to a small saucepan and heat over medium-low heat until it begins to simmer. Allow the honey to simmer for several minutes, stirring occasionally.
2. While the honey simmers, add 10 cups popped popcorn to a large bowl. Once the honey has simmered for several minutes, remove from the heat and drizzle over the popcorn. Stir the popcorn and honey together immediately.
3. Allow the popcorn mixture to cool for about 10 minutes. Once it has cooled, form into balls using a piece of parchment or wax paper (to avoid it sticking to your hands). Place the popcorn balls on a tray lined with parchment paper and allow them to cool completely.
4. Once cooled, serve and enjoy!
