Chilli Flakes – 1/2 tsp
Oregano – 1/2 tsp
Black Pepper Powder – 1/4 tsp
Kasoori Mathi – 1 tsp
Salt – to taste
Hara Dhaniya – to taste
Ghee – 1 tsp

For Soya Chunks Sandwich
Oil/Ghee – 1 tsp
Ginger – 1/2
Green Chilli – 1/2 tsp
Onion – 2 tsp finely Chopped
Capsicum – 2 tsp finely Chopped
Carrot – 2 tsp finely Chopped
Green Peas(Hari Matar) – 2 tsp
Tomato – 2 tsp finely chopped
Turmeric – 1/4 tsp
Salt – to taste
Soya Chunks – 100 gm
Hara Dhaniya – to taste
Ghee – 1 tsp

For Hung Curd Sandwich
Hung Curd – 2 Tbsp
Green Chilli – 1/2 tsp
Onion – 2 tsp finely Chopped
Capsicum – 2 tsp finely Chopped
Carrot – 2 tsp finely Chopped
Corn – 2 tsp
