If you’re looking for budget friendly meal ideas for weight loss or health goals, come and meal prep with me today! All ingredients are affordable and mabibili sa palengke. Total estimated cost per meal is Php 35 to 40 only making it perfect for students or anyone who’s tight on a budget but still wants to eat healthy or wants to keep up with his/her diet.

NOTE: I will be cooking in individual serving sizes for this video just to show you the recipes. I’m just staying at home all week so I can cook just when I’m about to eat so I don’t need to prepare my meals in advance. If you’re batch cooking, please adjust the portion sizes accordingly.

Each meal has around 300 calories and caters to a specific diet. But they’re very versatile so you can mix and match them with your other preferred ingredients.
