In this what I eat in a day I’m trying new plant-based recipes from the Hot For Food cookbook! I made a smoothie bowl recipe for breakfast, Lauren Toyota’s “Everyday Sandwich” recipe (which was awesome) for lunch, and then snacked on some vegan snickerdoodle cookies. For dinner I made Spicy Lentil Wraps which are a dupe for the Trader Joe’s version. All so good!
