Ingredients
2 handful spinach
1 handful salad tomatoes
1 red bell pepper
1 cucumber
2 medium onions
3 cups of sliced cabbage (1/5 of a large cabbage)
Above portions make 9 cups/2.1L of salad which is equivalent to 18 servings for each meal.
Each meal side dish is equal to 1/2 cup of serving (2 cups used daily).
Refrigerated for up to 5 days
