Here is how I explain EXACTLY what i did to lose 20lbs in 2 months:

Caesar Potato Salad Dressing
1/2 cup chickpeas
2 tbsp lemon juice
2 tbsp soy sauce ( a little less if watching salt)
1 tbsp mustard
1 small clove of garlic
1/2 nutritional yeast
1/2 water
blend (it thickens a little after sitting)
