Learn how to make 3 High-Protein Gluten-free Snack Recipes!😍 In this video I’m showing you Easy Healthy Snack Ideas! We are making a healthy banana split, egg muffins and a yoghurt bark! The recipes are super simple and use basic ingredients! These recipes are great for snack and also for breakfast! If you aren’t lactose intolerant or you don’t have IBS, you can of course use regular dairy products in these recipes!☺️

Healthy Banana Split
1 banana
1 cup lactose-free Greek yogurt (240 ml)
1/4 cup berries (60 ml) for example, strawberries & blueberries
1 tablespoon peanut butter
1 tablespoon dark chocolate chips
1 teaspoon chia seeds
1. Cut the banana in half (lengthwise) and put it on a plate
3. Add the yogurt and all the toppings
Egg Muffins
6 slices of thin turkey or ham
6 eggs
1 small bell pepper cut into pieces or any other vegetables
some fresh herbs, I used basil
pinch of salt
pinch of pepper
1. Lightly grease a muffin pan
2. Take one slice of turkey and lay it onto on muffin cup (it will form a ”cup”)
3. Crack an egg into each muffin cup
4. Sprinkle some salt, veggies and herbs on top
5. Bake at 180 Celsius degrees (350 in Fahrenheit) for about 10-15 minutes, or until the egg whites are just set
6. Store in the fridge
Yoghurt Bark
1 cup lactose-free Greek yoghurt
topping examples:
strawberries sliced
blueberries
gluten-free granola
peanut butter (I use a peanut butter that is 100% made of peanuts)
1. Spread the yoghurt on a plate/cutting board lined with parchment paper
2. Add your toppings
3. Freeze for a few hours or until set
4. Cut into pieces
5. Serve cold! You can store it in a container in the freezer
