I’ve created this low calorie nutella recipe for you all. A regular tablespoon of Nutella has 100 calories per tablespoon while my version has only 6 CALORIES PER TABLESPOON!!
🌸 Ingredients
Dark cocoa powder: 5 tablespoons
Low fat almond milk: 1/4 cup
Ground hazelnuts or hazelnut meal: 2 teaspoons (or use 2 teaspoons of peanut flour)
Essence are optional in this recipe but if you can, use a few drops of hazelnut essence
🌸You can add a teaspoon of coconut oil in the recipe to store it for upto a month. However, if you want to skip the coconut oil, you can keep it in an airtight container for upto 2 weeks.
