Low calorie korean soups 🥣
These are super low calorie, easy to make, and tastes great!
I like putting in lean protein into it to help with my protein intake, and then filling out the rest of the ingredients with whatever I have leftover in the fridge ðŸ’
You can most likely find them at your local Korean supermarket and majority should be less than 200 calories!
They’ve got heaps of variety like
– Kimchi Stew
– Soybean Stew
– Beef Rib Soup
– and a bunch of other ones!
Although it is in Korean writing, you should be able to find the calories on there somewhere 😅
