For lunch, I love to keep it simple and quick, and this dish is one of the many dishes I like to meal prep that takes little to no time… and best of all, ITS SO GOOD! The dressing and pomegranate is what I really love about this dish 😍🙌🏼 ENJOY!

CHICKPEA-POMEGRANATE SALAD W/ AVOCADO DRESSING
—Ingredients:
✖️Parsley
✖️1/2 pomegranate (seeded)
✖️1 can of chickpeas
✖️1/2 red onion
✖️1/2 avocado
✖️1/2 lemon
✖️1/2 tsp Italian seasoning or oregano
✖️1/4 tsp salt
✖️1/4 paprika
—Directions:
1. Prepare your veggies and dressing
2. Mix everything until well combined
