Spring Onion For garnish, finely chopped
1 inch Cinnamon
2 nos. Green Cardamom
1 Star Anise
4 Cloves
2 tbsp Neutral flavoured oil such as Refined Sunflower Oil. Canola Oil, Olive Oil
Salt & Pepper As per taste
2 cups Water
