Breakfast:
1 cup egg whites
1 slice Dave’s killer thin sliced bread
30 g avocado
1 medium banana

Lunch:
5 ounces chicken tenders
1 cup romaine
1 tomato
1 cucumber
3 ounces carrots
2 tablespoons ranch Bolthouse dressing
1 medium peach

Snack:
1 medium peach
1 scoop vanilla protein powder (my current fave here
1 cup vanilla unsweetened almond milk.

Dinner:
4 ounces Healthy Noodles
5 ounces ground turkey
100 g asparagus
1/2 cup sliced mushrooms
1 tablespoon light sour cream
