Here in this video, we have shown a step by step process of making Curd Rice. Hope you like it 🙂

Curd Rice Recipe:

1. Take 1 bowl of overcooked boiled rice. Mash them a little and add 3 to 4 spoons of milk and 2 bowls of curd. Mix them well.

2. Add salt, black pepper and red chilli powder and mix again and keep it aside.

3. In a tadka pan add ghee, then add one spoon of aarhar daal, mustard seeds, dried red chilli, pinch of hing and curry leaves. Let it roast for a couple of seconds and then add this to rice mixture.

4. Add roasted cashews and mix everything well. Enjoy!
