MORNING SKIN CARE ROUTINE | HEALTHY RECIPE IDEA // LoveLexyNicole

ITEMS FROM VIDEO:
Face cleansing device:
face wash:
toner:
clay face mask:
vitamin c serum:
eye cream:
moisturizer:
facial spray:
skin care fan:
robe:
head band:
cast iron pan:
instant pot:
Chicken Thighs:
-salt
-pepper
-garlic powder
-italian
-paprika
Heat a drizzle of oil in a in a pan and add chicken thighs. Brown on both sides for about 2-3 minutes. Squeeze lemon juice and add minced garlic. Then bake chicken in the oven at 400 degrees for about 20 minutes or until chicken is cooked through.
Cauliflower rice:
Heat frozen cauliflower up following directions on back of bag. Drain any moisture. Add to a sheet pan with salt, pepper, and garlic powder and bake until dried out (about 20-30 minutes).
Cabbage:
– Chop cabbage and wash
– Add a drizzle of olive oil with red onion and garlic to a pan.
– Add cabbage and add lid to pan so cabbage can soften
– Once cabbage is softened season with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and a splash of chicken stock.
-Cook for a few more minutes with lid on pan and Enjoy!
Corn:
-4 minutes on high pressure in the instant pot. Manual release.
