INGREDIENTS
Whole wheat flour – 240 grams
Baking powder – 1 teaspoon
Baking soda – 1/2 teaspoon
Jaggery powder – 180 grams
Yogurt – 75 grams
Oil – 125 milliliters
Tutti frutti – 80 grams
Whole wheat flour – 1/2 teaspoon
Milk – 200 milliliters
Almonds – 40 grams

PREPARATION
1. Place a strainer on the top of the bowl, add 240 grams whole wheat flour, 1 teaspoon baking powder, 1/2 teaspoon baking soda and strain it. Keep aside.
2. In a blender, add 180 grams jaggery powder, 75 grams yogurt, 125 milliliters oil and blend it well.
3. In a bowl, add 80 grams tutti frutti, 1/2 teaspoon whole wheat flour and mix it well.
4. In a bowl, add blended mixture, strained mixture and whisk it well with the help of whisker.
5. Add 200 milliliters milk and whisk it well with the help of whisker.
6. Add Tutti frutti mixture and mix it well.
7. Transfer, this into a greased moulder and spread it evenly.
8. Add 40 grams almonds on it and preheat the oven to 350°F/180°C. Bake for about 10 – 12 minutes.
9. Place it on a board and cut it into pieces.
10. Serve.
