Preparation:
Gather all the ingredients as shown in the video.
Wash Chevra/poha and let it stay for 10 minutes.
Heat oil add mustard seeds and hing.
Add onion and Sautee.
Add curry leaves, peanuts and poha.
Mix well, add spices and veggies.
Add water and add lemon.
Cover the lid and cook for 2 – 3min on low flame.
Serve the delicious with some pickle.
