Whole wheat loaf bread.
– 3 tsp yeast
– 1 tsp sugar or 1tsp honey
– 2 tsp salt
– 3.5 cups warm water
– 0.5 cup olive oil or vegetable oil
– 7-8 cups whole wheat flour
– Your favorite seeds. I used cilantro seeds and chia seeds.

Mix all the ingredients and leave in a baking pan to rest for one hour, covered. Once they rise, Bake at 420F for 30-35 minutes.
