KOREAN BEEF BOWL RECIPE
1/4 brown sugar
1/4 low sodium soy sauce
3 cloves garlic
2 tsps sesame oil
carrots (how many/little is up to you!)
1 container of ground chicken
Chili paste
Red pepper flakes
1-2 tsps ginger
Vegetable oil
Sesame seeds
Cook 1-2 cups of rice on the stove and chop up a handful of carrots into thin slivers and put those off to the side.
Create your sauce by adding the brown sugar, soy sauce, ginger, chili flakes, chili paste, sesame oil in a small bowl and mix it well.
Put 3 chopped up cloves of garlic on the stove top and once they’re carmelized and fragrant, throw on your meat and cook until brown. In another pan, sauté some spinach with vegetable oil/grapeseed oil and set aside. Fry an egg on the stove top and set aside.
When the rice is finished, put 1 cup of cooked rice into a bowl, add 4 ounces of meat (or more if desired), throw on some carrots, the sautéed spinach and fried egg and have yourself an amazing meal plus 3 others for later in the week!
