Kali ini kami membuat Ayam goreng oven yang lezat dan mudah cara membuatnya. Selain enak, ayam goreng oven juga lebih sehat karena tidak memerlukan banyak minyak untuk menggoreng seperti ayam goreng pada umumnya.
Resep Ayam Goreng Oven (untuk 1/2 kg ayam )

bumbu ayam : garam 1 sdm, cabe bubuk 1 sdt, merica 1 sdt, 2 sdm minyak zaitun (campur semua)
campuran tepung : 5 sdm tepung terigu, 1 sdm tepung maizena
bumbu tepung : cabe, merica, garam (sesuai selera)
adonan celup : 1 butir telur, 1/2 gelas susu
