Protein Rich Sandwich
Preparation Time – 10 mins
Cooking Time – 10 mins
Serves – 4 Sandwiches
Ingredients
Boiled Whole Moong – 1.5 Cups
Tomato – 1/4 Cup
Onion – 1/2 Cup
Capsicum – 1/4
Paneer – 100 Grams
Salt to taste
Red Chilli – 1 tsp
Oregano – 1 tsp
Chilli Flakes – 1 tsp
Green Chilli – 1
Steps
➡️ Soak whole moong overnight and pressure cook next morning with some water and salt for 4 whistles on medium flame.
➡️ Take a mixing bowl and add boiled moong, paneer, vegetables and spices. Mix everything well.
➡️ Take bread of your choice and spread some homemade corinder mint chutney and add this stuffing.
➡️ Grill the Sandwich using very little butter or oil.
➡️ Enjoy with your fav chutney or dip.
