It really isn’t hard to make pancakes without any sugar or flour. You actually onpy need very few ingredients. As a little tip: you can also add a pinch of baking powder which will make your pancakes even fluffier! But it works great without baking powder too! If you want to have less calories you can also use quark or cottage cheese instead of cream cheese and if you want to have more calories you can add some dark chocolate drops, coconut flakes or whatever you like tastewise!
