It’s one of Josephine’s most popular banana cake recipes. Low in sugar, low in fat and very healthy version, full of real banana taste too. It’s perfectly crunchy on the outside and soft on the inside. Thinly cut loaf, serve warm with a cup of coffee or cuppa and it’s really yum!

EASY Chocolate Chip Banana Bread Recipe

Ingredients
1 overripe banana, 85g/100g
38g granulated sugar
25g salted butter
a pinch of sea salt
10g-12g whole milk/evaporated milk
1/2 tsp vanilla extract/honey
100g cake flour
1/2 tsp baking powder
1 whole egg. free range
A handful of dark chocolate chips

Bake in a preheated new Hauswirt air fryer oven 150°C for 30 minutes.
