Chia pudding has to be one of my favourite breakfast options and this Berry Smoothie Chia Pudding is my latest obsession ๐๐ปโโ๏ธThis delightful treat is the perfect combination of fruity flavours from the berry smoothie and the wholesome goodness of chia pudding, making it a super hit breakfast option โจโค๏ธ
Ingredients:
๐ซ1 cup frozen berries, plus more for garnish
๐ซ2 tbsp oats
๐ซ1 + ยผ cup milk
๐ซ1 tbsp honey
๐ซ3 tbsp chia seeds
๐ซ few almond flakes, for garnish
Method:
Add the mixed berries, oats, honey and milk in a blender. Blend until the mixture is smooth.
Transfer the berry smoothie to a bowl and add in the chia seeds.
Allow the mixture to set in the fridge for 3-4 hours or overnight till the chia seeds swell up and becomes thick.
For serving transfer it into a glass and top it with more frozen berries and almond flakes.
