Ingredients:
– Strawberries
– Blackberries
– Blueberries
– Grass-fed yogurt
– Hemp seeds
– Cinnamon powder
– Cacao nibs

Directions:
1. Crush the strawberries, blackberries and blueberries in the mortar.
2. Pour the crushed berry mixture and some yogurt into a glass, one after the other.
3. Add hemp seeds, cinnamon, and sliced strawberries on top.
4. Finally, sprinkle some cocoa nibs on top, and you’re finished!
