Ingredients:

Bread slices
1/2 cup hung curd
1/2 Grated beetroot
1/2 cup grated carrot
1/2 cup chopped bell peppers ( green, yellow, red)
1 chopped onion
1/2 tsp black pepper
1 tsp oregano seasoning
1/2 tsp chilli flakes
Salt to taste

Recipe:

1. Take hung curd in a mixing bowl
2. Add all the veggies including beetroot
3. Add the spices and salt
4. Mix everything together
5. Take two bread slices
6. Spread the filling evenly on the slice and cover with another slice
7. Toast the sandwich on tawa from both the sides until turn crispy. Enjoy.. 😁.
