In Slovenia cheese was made in monasteries even in the Middle Ages. Today we can find everything from Gorički raj, to Nanos, Bohinj, Karst, Bovec and Tolmin cheeses…
It doesn’t matter which cheese you use to create yourdish. Maybe give each one a place of honour on the serving platter.
