Salt To Taste
1/2 tbsp of vegetable oil
Cubed Sweet Potatoes – 4.00
1 medium sized sweet potato
1 tbsp of coconut oil (vegetable or olive oil works too)
Salt to taste
Sweet Potato Fries – 4.59
1 medium sized sweet potato
1 & 1/2 tbsp of olive oil or vegetable oil
Salt To Taste
Chicken Breast – 7.09
1/2 kg of chicken breast
1 & 1/2 tsp of garlic powder
3/4 tsp of paprika
3/4 tsp of black pepper
1/4 tsp of turmeric
Salt to taste
4 tsps of vegetable oil or olive oil.
