Ingredients:
Moong dal – 1/3 cup
Ginger – 1 inch
Green chilli – 1
Turmeric powder – 1/3 tsp
Black pepper powder – 1/3 tsp
Hing – 1/4 tsp
Maggie masala – 1/2 tsp
Salt as per taste
Butter or ghee – 2tbsp
Onion
Capsicum
Sweet corn
Spring onion
You can use any veggies of your choice
Water
For tadka:
Ghee- 1tbsp
Mustard seeds – 1/3 tsp
Sesame seeds – 1/3 tsp
Green chilli – 1-2
Curry leaves
