What is online personal training?
You’ll workout independently at the gym, a park or at home whilst recording little clips now and then so I can check your form in on point. I’ll be designing, monitoring & adjusting your program accordingly so that you can hit your fitness goals faster and I’ll send you a nutrition PDF to help you gain 4kg of weight every month easily. Online training holds a lot of value for those who have a basic understanding of exercising or have been training for over 1 year but I am open to working with complete beginners too as we all start somewhere.
