Dry the eggplants add oil to your pan fry the eggplants fry both sides remove from the pan when fried add onion fry it too add 2. cloves of garlic fry again add more oils if needed add 1. tbsp tomato paste fry it add turmeric, ginger powder, paprika, black pepper
You can add your favorite seasonings stir all add salt add 1. glass of water stir all together place your tomatoes in the pan put the eggplants on the tomatoes add 2. green peppers add more water if needed let it cook for 20 minutes , medium heat done 😋😋so easy and tasty
