In this video I’m going to show you how to make four breakfast for dinner recipes to enjoy this holiday season if you’re wondering what I mean it simply is four breakfast recipes that you can also enjoy as dinner as well I’ll be showing you how to make my famous crisp

Pea potatoes with soft scrambled eggs vegetable omelette with avocado toast my energy boosting overnight oats and of course a chicken and egg fata with vegetable salad let’s get right into it shall we for the crispy potatoes with scr eggs I’ll be using some peeled Irish potatoes eggs bell peppers onions garlic

And fresh Peppers some canar seasoning cubes and other seasonings you’d also be needing some corn starch salt and pepper and some power oil pure vegetable oil ensure the potatoes are thoroughly washed and peeled then proceed to cut into bite-sized pieces afterwards transfer to a bowl and season with Paprika powder garlic powder cumin

Powder a drizzel of oil some fresh Peppers canar seasoning Cube and some salt to taste mix everything together to combine ensuring that the potatoes are fully coated with the seasonings next pop the Bowl into the microwave and cook for 15 to 20 minutes or until the potatoes are nice and

Tender alternatively you can use an oven or an air fryer for this step Okay meanwhile to make the very fluffy scrambled eggs crack open some eggs in a bowl and season with some salt I also added some Greek curs to keep the eggs nice moist and very fluffy then move over to the stove top and drizzle some power or pure vegetable

Oil in a pan and pour in the wxed eggs begin crumbling it up immediately on very low Heats when the eggs are about 95% cooked take it off the heat and set it off to the side at this time the potato should be nice and tender already take it out

Your holiday table for either breakfast lunch or dinner for the vegetable omelette with avocado toast you’ll be needing some eggs green leafy vegetables tomato pepper onions curry powder thyme seasoning Cube and some salt in a bowl just crack open the eggs and season it lightly with some salt then whisk

Everything together to combine and set it off to the side grab the power oil pure vegetable oil and drizzle some in a pan and then add the onions garlic Ander pepper and sauté until it is nice and fragrant afterwards add the chopped tomatoes and season with some curry

Powder thyme seasoning Cube and some salt to taste stir everything together to combine and then leave to cook for 5 minutes or until it is nicely fried and thoroughly Dry then grab the leafy vegetables and add to the pots you can pretty much use use any vegetables of your choice I’m using some kill leaves for mine now mix everything to combine and allow to cook for about 30 seconds before pouring in the wicked Eggs gently move things around to distribute the veggies and the eggs evenly then cover the pan and reduce the heat to the lowest and allow the eggs to set until they’re fully set before you take it off the heat when the egg is all done take it

Off the heat and then place on a tray and cut into even Slices now to make the avocado toast all you need is a ripe avocado and some whole green bread slices that I lightly toasted in the pan now cut the avocado in half and scoop out the Flesh and place on each bread slice then use the

Perfect for breakfast or lunch or dinner whichever one your heart desires and trust me it’s totally enjoyable as well for the energy boosting overnight oats you’d be needing some instant oats some peanut butter Greek yogurts banana Cher seeds some coconut chips cashew nuts and some milk of choice I’m also using some

Honey as well as my sweetener of choice in a blender add the banana the peanut butter the Greek yogurts some honey and some milk as well and then blend until it is nice and Smooth then open up a jar and add the instant oats and Cher seeds before pouring in the Blended puree and mixing it all together to combine until it is Thoroughly combined finally top with some coconut chips and the cashew nuts and then cover place this in the fridge overnight and then

The next morning what you have is an energy boosting overnight oat recipe that is ready to give you all the energy you need to kickart your day and for the last recipe which of course is the chicken and egg Vata I’ll start by drizzling some oil in a pan and then add

All of the veggies I’m using bell peppers carrots sweet corn and then adding some fresh pepper and Seasonings and salt again you can use whatever veggies that you desire mix everything together to combine the fry for 1 minutes just to soften up the veggie slightly I’m also adding some cooked

Then season with some salt mix everything together to combine then add the vegetables and mix again to combine in the same pan just drizzle a little tiny bit of oil and then pour in the egg mixture cover with some foil and then place the lead on it then reduce

The heat to the lowest and then leave this to f up for about 20 minutes alternatively you can use an OV or an air fryer if you own one at this point the frittata should be ready as well take it off the heat and allow it to
