watch the video until the last and know how to prepare a healthy salad with sprouts, mixed vegetables, and fruits. let’s go to the video first, we need mung beans as we know mung beans have rich in fibers and proteins next, need brown mung beans and chickpeas

Wash properly all pulses, because they may have small mud and stones more dirt and dust is in the mung beans, so wash them properly The next step soak the pulses in water near to 4, 5 times double the water compared to the pulse that we take

It’s better to soak them all separately in water at least keep that all near to 10 hours after 10 hours, it’s nicely soaked and starts to germinate next, we can change them all to another bowl for germinating use better with air holes vessel,

This type of vessel is good to germinate the pulses while germinating process use always this type of vessel oxygen flow through the holes helps to germinate the pulses faster divide the portions in the vessel to add the soaked pulses we can either use vessel or cloth have airflow but will be very hygiene

After then cover with a hygiene cloth use always new cloth or hygiene one Will be useless due to fungus and bacteria, if we use not hygiene clothes. so use always neat and very hygiene cloths add some water on the top and keep aside better chickpeas add separately in another vessel

Keep aside near to 30 – 35 hrs or more than, then only start fully germinated add time to time little water onto the top the present visuals are after 35 hrs near to 1/2 to 1 inch all germinated chickpeas not fully germinated at this time period, but

I will make a healthy salad with this compare to mung beans.. need more time to be germinated for chickpeas add always in your diet the sprouted pulses, it’s very healthy as mentioned anti oxides content is rich in sprouts so my viewers try this method to germinate the pulses at home

Next, see how we can make a healthy salad with sprouts for the salad, we need cucumber, carrot, bell peppers (different colour), two onions and one pomegranate next, we can add broccoli and apple cider vinegar well cleaned vegetables now ready to chop
