In today’s video I am fixing up one of my husband’s favorite breakfasts…Breakfast Hash Stuffed Avocado. When we were “obese”, we would eat this recipe with regular white potatoes…since our weight-loss journey, we have switched to sweet potatoes and add as many vegetables as we can.

This breakfast can be adapted to your own tastes and preferences, but I think you’ll find it satiating and delicious. Keeping your belly full all morning long!

My husband and I have lost a combined 120+ pounds since March 2023, and it’s recipes like these that keep us motivating to keep eating healthy! I hope you find some inspiration yourself!
