3 Protein Low calorie Oatmeal Recipes for Weight Loss. Dessert for breakfast! fried baked and cooked oats with melted chocolate, banana, apple, cinnamon, crispy taste, greek 0% fat greek yogurt, overnight oats – it’s DELICIOUS

Today we are going to be making the three most delicious oatmeals of all time oh my god it tastes like an apple pie i really could eat those all day every day they are so low in calories so high in protein under 300 calories all of them

They’re super simple and easy to make and it feels like you’re going to be eating dessert for breakfast and who wouldn’t want that lovely and as usual i’m of course going to give you the macro breakdown for all of it my mouth is already watering this series is

Gonna be called food for thought with pernilla we should make its theme song or like a little themed dance food for food for thought with vanilla marjojo is the one who came up with this you’ve all been coming up with incredible ideas for what this series should be called and i truly appreciate

You all i don’t want to be talking too long because the recipes that we’re gonna be making today i think we just gotta get into them because it’s gonna be like eating dessert for breakfast but it’s oatmeal and it’s healthy ingredients but it’s just gonna taste

Like a gourmet dessert from a seven star restaurant am i over exaggerating right now no i don’t think so it’s just that good so if you’re ready if you’re excited please hit that subscribe button give me a thumbs up if you are excited for this video the first recipe we’re going to be

Making today is melted chocolate fried oats that’s i think is a good name for it yeah let’s do it we’re going to need some oats and i am going to blend them up doing that will make it taste more cakey and that’s what we want for this recipe

Half a cup of that now we’re gonna need half a ripe banana and smush it up make it nice and smooth like this and as you can see it was very ripe because this is almost around mine mix that in there we want this to be chocolate so we’re going

To add some chocolate protein powder and you can use whatever protein powder you want i absolutely love this one chocolate peanut butter black one up nutrition and if you’ve watched me for the last few years you know this is the one i’ve always used i’ve tried so many

Protein powders but this one is phenomenal or you can use something like this which is the chocolate milkshake protein powder we’re gonna use three quarters of a cup now for a little bit of flavor we’re gonna use some vanilla extract half a teaspoon a little bit of cinnamon some baking powder

A dash of salt and then just half a cup of water or milk to make it mixed around oh this bowl is full Now comes the fun part you can put in whatever chocolate you want but these two chocolates are a little bit healthier options if you’re looking for that we got the lilies where no sugar is at it it’s stevia sweetened and the macros are better than regular chocolate

Or we can go real healthy with a 100 cocoa chocolate i think that’s what we’re gonna go with for this recipe but you can easily switch it out with lilies or whatever chocolate of your own choice and we’re gonna go with three squares right here in the middle and now it gets

Even more fun can you believe it now it gets like a real dessert you don’t have to do this but if you want it to be a real dessert add some either regular stevia or some swerve ultimate sugar replacement because we’re gonna make this crispy i’m gonna lightly sprinkle

That on top and the last delicious ingredient is gonna be this cocoa powder unsweetened we’re just gonna sprinkle a little bit on there yes it is wretchy you can make this one in the airfryer or in the oven i’m gonna do the airfryer because it’s quick and easy

You just put it in there it’s gonna get fried mwah yes so we are just going to preheat the airfryer at 400 degrees of fahrenheit and while it’s in there i’m gonna cheers you to this ginger shot i made yesterday i literally just put two lemons two

Apples and a whole lot of ginger so it’s freaking strong and i don’t have a shot glass so we’re drinking it in a plastic champagne glass That’s so strong the reason we’re calling this food for thought is because if you didn’t watch my last videos in these videos every time we make recipes we also are going to talk about a subject or something that can help us grow because yes nutrition is important

For our overall health and mental state but the psychology behind it and our thought habits and patterns are just crucial for a good life so today we’re going to be talking about identity and creating long-term habits so we’ll get into that a little more later after a

Few minutes i’m turning down the heat to 200. about seven to 10 minutes later and this is what you got for aesthetics let’s add a little bit of coconut this won’t be in the macros because you can obviously top it with whatever you like a little bit of banana Oh my god it’s so thick obviously i also picked like i just got a chunk in the middle which is where the chocolate is but um and this is only the first recipe that we got for today you have to try it it’s so easy it’s so delicious

And look i don’t know if you can see but it’s like it’s like fried so it’s like a little bit hard here on the edges which we’re just gonna pretend that didn’t happen um i wanna say it’s the best oats i’ve ever had but we still got two more to go

Then that would make you leave this video because you’d be like okay well then i’ve seen what i gotta see well that’s not the case we got two more to go and i really wanted to stay here and eat this right now but we should get going because this next one is

Phenomenal as well let’s do it next up we got a taraniso kind of oats and it’s gonna end up in this cup right here but we’re gonna start it off a little bit different because you’ll see you’ll see you can make this one as an overnight oats or

You can cheat a little bit like i’m gonna do let’s do this we are gonna start off with half a cup of oats next up you’re gonna need one half ripe banana and we’re just gonna kind of smush it up to make it this nice soft texture add it in with the oh

Instead of protein for this one we’re gonna add some instant coffee about half a teaspoon or however much you want and no protein powder and you’re gonna see why later and because of that we’re just gonna add a little bit of truvia stevia to make it a little bit

Sweet now that we’re not adding the protein powder but the banana brings some sweetness to it too we’re gonna add some cinnamon a dash of salt just a tiny little bit half a cup of water we’re gonna give this a mix then you can put it in the fridge overnight or you can

Heat it up a bit and then let it cool off because this oats got layers to it a little more water place that in the fridge So i’m not actually gonna wait all night but what i did is i put it in the microwave for a minute and a half and then i left it in the fridge for 20 minutes or so so now it’s cooled off and it needs to be a little

Bit cool because of what we’re about to do with it grab a cup of own choice and then your oatmeal and then three quarters of a cup of some greek yogurt or some skuja of own choice whatever you enjoy you can also maybe want vegan yogurt and then first we’re

Gonna put a layer of our oats in the bottom and then you know greek yogurt add some stevia if you want it sweet a little bit you can add regular stevia but i like adding stevia extract so that’s what i’m gonna do and obviously just add as much as you want however

Much you feel tastes good how sweet you want it so we were going to be talking about identity and i truly believe that the actions we take on a daily basis or the habits that we have are always going to be a reflection of what we deep down

Believe about ourselves and so if we have a hard time creating new habits for reaching some new goal that we want if like if we keep promising ourselves to do this new habit but then we end up not doing it anyway i really believe it’s

Because we need to take a look at what we believe about ourselves to be true and thinking of changing that belief about ourselves now you just put a little layer of this greek yogurt i’m going to do a third because i want to have three layers a good way that you

Can start changing your identity is either ask yourself thing that i want to achieve what kind of human do i have to become to actually make that happen for myself and then you can start visualizing yourself as being that kind of person and maybe even for something

That’s helped me think of a person that i look up to someone who’s achieved the thing that i want to achieve and ask myself how would they be how would they act how would they think in this situation and then like almost step into their shoes and kind of pretend like i’m

Them i’m kind of messing this up but oh well it’s because i can’t multitask the talking and the doing that’s hard but how would someone who was able to do that how would they do it is what i should ask myself if i want to actually

Live what i preach which i’m trying my best to do always but it’s always first becoming aware why am i not achieving this goal why am i not sticking to my promises why am i able to do this thing that i keep promising myself to do and

Then ask myself do i actually believe i’m capable do i actually believe i am the kind of person who could do that and if i don’t i start visualizing i start pretending and slowly as i pretend it becomes more and more my norm that way i slowly am able to create this new

Identity for myself last layer and then we’re good to go this is also why i think it’s important that we start with taking small action steps and making small promises to ourselves because that way we slowly start seeing and believing ourself to be this new identity when we see ourselves continuously keeping these

Promises to ourselves then our new identity can slowly be built up we’re messing this up it’s the talking and the doing it’s hard it’ll still taste good though it’s so good you can obviously put on whatever you want i’m just gonna add a little bit of cocoa powder for

Aesthetics give it a little bit that chocolate look and some raw chopped almonds again this is not added in the macros because i want you to put on whatever you want on the top and blueberries this is a final little touch it didn’t turn out as well as the other

One because i can’t multitask but i really would like for you to ask yourself how do i currently view my identity and could that be the reason why i’m not achieving that goal whether you have a fitness goal a career goal a family life something whatever goal

Something that you want that you haven’t achieved yet i think the reason you haven’t achieved it is because of your current beliefs about yourself i am working on myself every day during my journaling session trying to rebuild my brain re-organize restructure my brain to you know level up get a little bit

Smarter get a little bit better every day but now let’s go into this you really can make this whatever flavor you want if you don’t want it to be a coffee flavor then you can make it another flavor you can put in vanilla protein powder and extra vanilla extract you can

Put in whatever whatever you want don’t focus on my face focus on the cake do you see how this is like dessert for breakfast um you know sometimes you can’t pick between yogurt and oats in the morning well you don’t have to anymore you don’t

Have to you can get it both and the cocoa powder blueberries and almonds are not a bad choice not a bad choice i’m going to be eating old taller i really could eat all day every day you know that with every recipe i made i think there’s oats in it

This should be called the oats channel wait i didn’t get close-up shots of this did i didn’t let’s move on to our final old meal of the day which is not gonna be disappointing it is gonna be just as good as the other ones it’s gonna be cinnamon

Applelicious oatmeal is what i’m gonna call it for this applelicious pie once again we’re going to start with blended it and turn it into oat flour half a cup next up we got three quarters of a scoop of this one up nutrition protein powder since this is an appleicious

We’re gonna use a quarter of a cup of this unsweetened applesauce then we’re gonna add half a teaspoon of chia seeds some cinnamon of course half a teaspoon of pure vanilla extract a little baking powder dash of salt and either water or milk let’s give that a mix

Since this is an apple recipe we’re going to use half an apple and we’re going to cut it into slices and half of it we’re gonna add two these oats and half we’re gonna use this topping so some of them are gonna be fresh and some of them are gonna be

Smooshed last little mix around this one’s gonna be real simple we’re just gonna put it in the microwave for however many minutes you usually do i’m gonna do two how cute are the little props let’s decorate this we’re gonna add the additional leftover apples and a little cinnamon stick for aesthetics a little

Last sprinkle voila It’s time for the final and last taste test and these cooked apples in the middle are just so delicious i know some people aren’t into cooked apples but you know how it tastes an apple pie that’s what this tastes like and i love it it tastes like an apple pie what if you
