1 tortilla
2 egg
20 g grated cheese (I use mozzarella, but it is completely up to you)
1/2 fresh pepper
fistful of green salad
salt, pepper

Stir eggs and add salt and pepper. Put it into the pan (medium heat) for two 2 minutes. Put tortilla on the top and wait another 2 minutes. Turn around and roast it from the other side for another 2 minutes. When it is done remove it and add grated cheese, pepper and green salad. Roll it and enjoy quick delicious snack.
