– Chopped Bellpepper
– Chopped Cucumbers

– Fresh green coriander
– Mung Sprouts

Salad Dressing:
– Lemon Juice
– Olive Oil
– Chopped Garlic
– Black Pepper, Salt
– Honey
– Finely Chopped Coriander

Hi guys i am back with another salad recipe so let’s begin with making an easy salad dressing that is lime and coriander for this you would need one tablespoon of olive oil half tablespoon of lemon juice a little honey or any other sweetener finely chopped garlic chopped coriander pinch of salt and pepper

Mix this dressing really well and keep aside now take a mixing bowl add all your veggies you can take anything you like i have taken bell pepper some cucumbers onions and red cabbage you can also use spinach lettuce tomatoes etc add some fresh coriander the salad dressing that we made

Give it a good mix if you really want to make this bowl wholesome you can also add any source of protein like tofu paneer etc i am topping this up with some moong sprouts and there you have enjoy the salad right away do try it and let me know
