Cheesy Garlic Naan
serves 4
Recipe in English:

Ingredients:
-Cheddar cheese grated 1/4 Cup
-Mozzarella cheese grated ½ Cup
-Hara dhania (Fresh coriander) chopped 2-3 tbs
-Lehsan (Garlic) chopped 1 & ½ tbs
-Maida (All-purpose flour) sifted ½ kg
-Namak (Salt) 1 & ½ tsp
-Sugar powdered ½ tbs
-Baking powder 1 & ½ tsp
-Baking soda ½ tsp
-Dahi (Yogurt) ½ Cup
-Cooking oil 2 tbs
-Water lukewarm 1 Cup or as required
-Cooking oil 1 tsp
-Makhan (Butter) 2-3 tbs
-Lehsan (Garlic) chopped 1 & ½ tbs
-Hara dhania (Fresh coriander) chopped 2-3 tbs

Directions:
-In bowl add cheddar cheese, mozzarella cheese, fresh coriander leaves & garlic. Mix well & set aside.
-In bowl add all-purpose flour, salt, sugar, baking powder, baking soda and mix well.
-Add yogurt, cooking oil and mix well.
-Gradually add lukewarm water and knead until dough is formed.
-Cover & let it proof for 45 minutes (room temperature).
-Grease hand with oil and knead dough again until smooth.
-Divide the dough into four equal parts. Take one part and make a ball.
-Add cooking oil and roll out dough with the help of rolling pin.
-Add prepared cheese filling (2-3 tbs) and fold all edges to seal the filling then prick with skewer and roll out gently with the help of rolling pin. Apply water on naan (makes 4).
-Heat griddle or iron pan. Place naan (wet side down) and cook on low flame until it starts to bubble and bottom has browned. Then flip griddle and cook other side directly on the flame until it turns brown or charred.
-In frying pan add butter and let it melt.
-Add garlic and cook for 1 minute.
-Add fresh coriander and mix well.
-Apply garlic butter on the surface of the naan & serve!

-Maida (All-purpose flour) sifted ½ kg
-Namak (Salt) 1 & ½ tsp
-Sugar powdered ½ tbs
-Baking powder 1 & ½ tsp
-Baking soda ½ tsp
-Dahi (Yogurt) ½ Cup
-Cooking oil 2 tbs
-Water lukewarm 1 Cup or as required

-Makhan (Butter) 2-3 tbs

Directions:
-Bowl mein cheddar cheese, mozzarella cheese, hara dhania aur lehsan daal ker ache tarha mix karein & side per rakh dein.
-Bowl mein maida, namak, cheeni, baking powder aur baking soda daal ker ache tarha mix karein.
-Dahi aur cooking oil daal ker ache tarha mix ker lein.
-Thora thora ker k neem garam pani shamil karein aur goond ker dough tayyar ker lein.
-Dhak ker 45 minutes tak phoolnay k liye rakh dein (room temperature).
-Haath ko oil se chikna karein aur dough ko smooth honay tak dubara goond lein.
-Dough ko char hisson mein divide ker lein aur ek part lekar paira bana lein.
-Cooking oil daal ker paira rakh dein aur rolling pin ki madad se bail lein.
-Tayyar cheese filling (2-3 tbs) daal ker kinaron ko fold ker k seal ker lein. Skewer se prick ker lein aur rolling pin ki madad se gently bail lein. Naan k upper pani laga lein (makes 4).
-Tawa ya iron pan garam karein aur naan (wet side down) ko halki ancch per paka lein yahan tak ka bubbles ajayein aur bottom se brown ho jayein phir tawa ko flip karein aur dusri side ko directly chulay per brown or charred hunay tak paka lein.
-Frying pan mein makhan daal ker melt karein.
-Lehsan daal ker 1 minute k liya pakayen.
-Hara dhania daal ker ache tarha mix ker lein.
-Garlic butter ko naan k upper laga ker serve karein!
