Making Air Fryer Yogurt Cake is an incredibly easy way for a fast and healthy dessert. It only needs 3 ingredients. No flour, no butter, no sugar.

Air Fryer Yogurt Cake

Ingredients:

2 cups (450g) Greek yogurt
4 eggs (about 200g without shells)
4 Tbsp (40g) cornstarch

(320F/160C) Bake 25-30 minutes

Hello I’m gonna use an air fryer to make a yogurt cake add 2 cups (450g) Greek yogurt in a large bowl you can whisk some sugar or sweetener if you like a sweeter taste add 4 eggs one at a time whisk until the egg is fully incorporated into the yogurt 2nd egg

Whisk it 3rd egg whisk it 4th egg whisk it the batter is smooth now sift 4 tablespoons (40g) cornstarch into the batter stir together until no cornstarch lumps remain pour batter into a prepared baking pan make sure to use parchment paper to prevent sticking and leaking

Place the baking pan in the air fryer basket transfer it to the preheated air fryer bake at (320F/160C) for 25-30 minutes insert a toothpick into the center of the cake the cake is done if the toothpick comes out clean use oven mitts to remove the cake pan from the air fryer

Let the cake cool at room temperature for about 30 minutes then put it in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours this yogurt cake only needs 3 ingredients no flour, no butter, no sugar it is creamy and smooth a bit chewy on the edges and the top thank you for watching
