Hi guys welcome back to my channel welcome back to another meal prep video if you’re new to my channel welcome I hope you will take some time to subscribe to my channel hit the notification Bell to be notified when I upload videos I do try to upload about

Four to five videos a week one of them always being a meal prep video I tend to meal prep lunches do some snacks and also a dessert once in a while follow me on Instagram for more content so the first thing I am going to prep is going

To be a lunch for the week and that’s going to be actually this will be lunch and dinner whichever one I want to do I’m going to do some Greek chicken bites so I some chicken tenderloins here some lemon juice some red onion and this Greek SE seasoning which is amazing this

Cavender greek seasoning I love it I used to make my own greek seasoning but I just love this stuff so much so I’m going to add just a little bit of lemon juice and some of the seasoning in there and we’re going to let this marinade for

About 10 15 minutes I don’t really need a lot of time if you you want you can add a little bit of oil in there but I never do I’m going to cook this in my air fryer so I don’t ever feel like you need to add any kind of oil or anything

I’ll just use cooking spray when I put it in the air fryer but I’m just going to kind of mix it around here and actually then at the last minute I decided to add the Red Onion to the bag I was just going to do it on the side

But decided to go and add it to the bag cuz I thought it would taste really good cooking the onion because there’s nothing better than cooked onion just love it so I decided to add the red onion into the bag and I’m glad I did

Because they turned out so so good um so here’s my finished chicken bites so what I’m going to do is have these in a wrap and also in a salad so this is two servings um I will add use a little bit to ziki Sauce um also we’ll have some

Option of using some camada olives and also um some Tomatoes some cucumbers so again like I’ll put this into a wrap and or I’ll put it on a salad or I’ll probably do one of each stay tuned for my weekly what I eat in a day videos and

You can see how I kind of use this um for those types of meals um but like I said I like to have this kind of stuff prepped ahead of time so I can use it for lunch or dinner because I do work full-time outside the home so to me it’s

Important to have lunches I can grab and go and dinner that I can just get on to the table super quickly as soon as I get off work because I do leave the house at 7:00 in the morning and you don’t get home till about 5:00 the next thing is

Going to be another lunch or dinner option that’s going to be a stir fry so I’m going to use these stir fry veggies I’m going to use this rice riced hearts of palm and some ground chicken and then my favorite favorite favorite jius sugar-free stir fry sauce um I don’t use

The sauce packets that come into the vegetables I just love these packages of stir fry veggies it just has all of the ones that you would need in a stir fry and it’s using the fresh veggies and it just I don’t know just love love love

These ones I get these ones at Kroger um my friend Myer Store which is my local kogo store and you can use um ground turkey ground chicken whatever you want you could also use just some regular um chicken breast whatever you like for that now I’m using a half of a cup total

Of the stir fry sauce here is the rice hearts of palm you don’t have to rinse hearts of pal which is really nice it’s not like some you know low carb pasta or rice Alternatives that you want to rinse but I never really feel the need to have

To rinse this at all um I don’t have a Trader Joe super close to me I actually had have a friend that lives close by there and she I work with her and she brought one down to me so um but I do whenever I do go to Trader shows when I

Make that Tru up there I do try to stock up on the um hearts of palm I can occasionally find it at my grocery Outlets so if you do have a Grocery Outlet check out um check there to see if you can find it other than that I

Don’t know where else you can find it maybe you can buy it online um but they also have noodles and they have like Las Ona noodles and regular pasta like regular spaghetti type noodles I’m going to add in now some more stir fry like I

Said I measured out a half of a cup so I knew how much I would use and that comes to one point a half of a cup comes to one point for the entire dish and this is going to be four servings but I just

Like to kind of add in the stir fry sauce as I go along to make sure I get the flavor profile throughout the entire um stir fry so we have our chicken all done added our um heart our riced hearts of palm um which I like to add in with

The chicken cuz I just I just like to heat it up and kind of get a little bit crispy as well now I’m going to add in one package of these veggies at a time um like I said I already took off the took out the the sauce

Packets and um I kind of stirred it up and then I’m going to add this one in so I just add in one at a time Stir It add in another one and then I’ll put the rest of the stir fry sauce on top of that and that’s it you guys so super

Easy stir fries are like one of the easiest and best things to make I feel like they’re low point they’re low calorie you can make them high protein um just does not just look good looks so good so I do weigh out my entire batch

And then divide that by four so I know how many grams I always weigh out in grams it’s just to me easiest to measure out so then I’m going to add on some black sesame seeds mainly just because it looks pretty that way so I went ahead

And put two portions in containers that I can just grab and go so you can see here it’s 217 calories 28 g of protein and only 4 points and this is going to be good for lunch or for dinner plus I have two more servings that I can dish up um next up

Is going to be a couple of dessert options this week which I don’t do a lot of dessert this could be dessert or snack and this can be some protein pudding I have not had protein pudding in a hot minute and it cannot be easier

Now I put mine in the tracker and my L It app track L It app tracker and my Weight Watcher tracker as two servings so you’re going to do an entire container of whatever kind of protein shake and then you’re going to do 2 tablespoons of whatever flavor of zero

Sugar pudding so I’m doing I think the butterscotch and the chocolate peanut butter make the best pudding like combination but there are so many combinations out there you can do I mean we know there’s so many there’s lemon there’s vanilla there’s chocolate there’s the butterscotch there’s pistach

IO there’s so many zero sugar pudding options out there and then a ton of different flavor um protein shakes so definitely check it out so I just have a little container here I’m just going to pour that in put it in the refrigerator and it’s actually usually set up in just

A couple of hours and then you guys it’s only um two points for this particular one using this shake 15 g of protein and 120 calories I like to top this with a little bit of zero sugar Cool Whip you can add a little bit of zero sugar

Chocolate chips but again I’ll eat half of this in one setting now I did not have a vanilla regular vanilla protein shake I would have normally used the Premier Protein for this but I did have one of these Core Power cuz I wanted to try them out and this sugar-free banana

So we’re going to do a little um banana cream one we’ll add some bananas on top and I’m getting some zero sugar Co Whip and that’ll be a nice treat I had a little bit of Greek yogurt left I had about 16 oz is what I weighed

Out so I had 16 o of plain Nonet Greek yogurt yogurt left and then about a half a package of my veggie dip so I’m just going to make it right into the Container um if you are making this from like from the beginning you can use a

Whole entire 32 oz container of Greek yogurt and a whole package of the veggie dip but I was portioning it out throughout the week but I had about that left over so this is a good way to use up your plain non-fat Greek yogurt if

You want to find a way to use it up and I just like to dip this of course my veggies in this you can do crackers in this and as usual speaking of veggies um I did my usual cutting up my carrots um cleaning up my grapes cutting up my

Cucumbers so again I can put cucumbers in a salad I can have it in the dip the the carrots all ready to go I always do some sort of fruit and veggie prep whenever I do meal prep every single week that way I get healthy snacks on the
