So this is just an example of meat we’ve got our plate over here now I’ve gone over this in my videos before I like my meat rare but that doesn’t really matter and I’m left-handed so it’s rather difficult so it’s three inches by about two and a half inches

So people eat with their eyes people are only supposed to have three to four ounces of meat per day which is this much people think that’s not enough well we’re about to make it much much larger and the way that you do that is by cutting it into strips all right

And this works every time because people eat with their eyes so they want more and more and more and you want to eat until you’re satisfied not until you’re full we all know this seventy percent of us are overweight another thing that you can do to extend your meat like if you’re doing

Roast beef just beef the stuff you put in spaghetti if you’re making Burgers you can add oatmeal to it and it’ll extend it so it’ll make the you just add more barbecue sauce or ketchup or whatever and it makes it extends so you can make like Five

Burgers instead of four or six instead of five okay so we took this three inch by two and a half inch piece of steak oh and just by cutting it properly we turned it into four and a half inches by three inches okay so that is one way to extend your

Steak so when you put it on your plate it looks like a lot more than it was before you cut it that’s a way to fill your man’s belly or fill your children’s belly without making them feel like they are missing out you can also add some

Beans on the side or potatoes those are like the cheapest things you can get and if you look at that it fills up half of a container now I’m going to take my leftover vegetables by the way I’m regrowing onion and that is the second cutting so

Yes it does work so this is just a can of peas mushroom my leftover onion and some red bell pepper all right so you’ve got a full plate here for about a dollar and this is a very healthy meal I don’t care what you all say

What they get is one serving per thing but you can cut it up put it on a platter and then once you put that in the center of your kitchen table your dining table when you’re sitting down to eat it puts everybody around the table into share

Mode it just psychologically this is a psychological testing has been done on this it puts them into share mode and they will take less than what they would have if you served them their own plate so this is what a platter would look like that you would serve to your family

A family of four maybe and this is four servings but it looks like a lot more and it’s more than likely that they’ll only eat about three servings you want to fill your plate with vegetables maybe potatoes instead of tater tots use potatoes they’re much cheaper

And you know if you are living where you can’t afford food all the time this is a luxury don’t forget meat is a luxury in this world we are very blessed people to be able to live in a country that can provide this for us for only twelve

Dollars Which is less than an hour’s worth of work or less than two hours worth of work depending on you where you live that is an amazing deal no matter what your salary is so this was all about twelve dollars this and I’ve got a whole plate over here

And don’t forget you can still buy dollar bread or dollar 25 bread that you’ve got them at the Dollar Tree Walmart grocery outlet all these uh WinCo there’s still a dollar 25 bread and you can use any leftovers and make them into a delicious steak sandwich there you have it folks and
