Only then you would get a notification whenever i post videos so without any further delay let’s get into the video like most other kids my kids enjoy bread and jam too or bread and jelly so one thing that i can improve is the bread quality so i’m getting getting here
Four such seeds that i can put into a bread loaf and this is a bread recipe that can be made in one hour there is no proofing there is no waiting time like that so it can be very easily prepared on a weekend early morning just one hour is sufficient
So what i’ve taken here one third cup of pumpkin seeds one and a half tablespoon chia seeds three tablespoon flaxseed two tablespoons of black sesame seed we’re going to roast all of it together in a pan And just roast it when making a bread recipe uh specifically a whole wheat bread recipe turns a little denser compared to what we make with maida alone so with adding seeds into this bread it makes it more dense so to make sure that the kids are having our tasty bread
What i like to do is to add one cup of whole wheat and one cup of maida so that’s fine whenever you are in doubt add one is to one Because for them taste is also equally important severed two cups of flour here so keep a little bit aside here and then the rest of the roasted seeds we will add it to the mixture half teaspoon salt goes into it half teaspoon baking soda and 3 4 tablespoon baking powder all the
Dry ingredients are done let’s add in the wet ingredients we’ll just beat the eggs we’re using three eggs here again if you are a vegetarian you will have to use a flax meal the flax egg i had mentioned earlier for vegetarians and here we have one cup of buttermilk
We’ll add the eggs into that and then we have half cup of oil for sweetness we need two tablespoons of maple syrup that’s one cup of oats let this soak well and then we’ll add everything together and combine everything together i’ve already preheated the oven at 350 degree fahrenheit
Sprinkle the rest of the seeds here and bake it for 40 minutes or 40 to 45 minutes ready One such thing that my kids really enjoy are dips ah they and they love to have their carrots and other chips anything with dips so that is where i try to sneak in more protein and one such tip that i make is out of this one black eyed peas
So i have just soaked it here if you have a canned version of this it is very very easy to prepare otherwise just soak it and then cook it and if you want me to do more of these tips just let me know in the comments

And little bit of salt and garlic powder i have taken and some mint leaves will add everything together and blend so i’ll just blend all of this first i just add a tiny little bit of pepper and these mint leaves and the squeeze of lemon the end of it

Curry along with which has onion pakoras in it so for the onion pakoras i’m using air fryer and potato pakoras i’m just trying it reason why i’m preparing both the things together because the basin and the other ingredients that we need for both the things are
Exactly the same so it makes it easier for me and less time in the kitchen so let’s see exactly what i have taken for the ingredients so for both the onions and the potatoes together the batter ingredients have taken two cups of besan and about four tablespoons of rice flour
We’ll add hing and some one teaspoon of adjuvant seeds and half teaspoon of each of these spices i’ve taken garam masala turmeric powder red chilli powder and salt let’s make the background i’m really enjoying the silicon spatula set that i got from amazon have all sizes and shapes okay let’s add water So i’m just keeping the airfryer for preheating at 350 degree fahrenheit for seven seven minutes and um the onions we’re going to keep it in that the batter is ready potatoes will just chop it and then dip it in the batter and fry it So this is ready now the balance is the Onions So whenever she misses me she comes into the kitchen to have a look at me yes because i can see you How is it you done Just drizzling a little bit of oil and then we’ll start so here for the curry we are having chopped onions ginger and curry leaves which we will add into the bowl this is actually the seasoning that i am preparing for the kadhi and i have taken two cups of curd here
To which i’m adding the masala powders that is half teaspoon turmeric red chili and garam masala And some green chilies and some crushed cumin seeds diluting the curd with the little bit of water we’ll add a pinch of hing and then i will add in a curd then we’ll keep the curry in low flame add a little bit of salt and let it simmer before adding in the
Fried onions i love the potatoes can you see the potatoes look at the soft part of the videos do you want to touch it um so for the drink that we are preparing for both the kids together we have one frozen banana half cup of spinach these both
Both are frozen so i’m gonna put it in the blender and then we have one teaspoon cocoa powder and half teaspoon cinnamon this is two tablespoons of cashew powdered and one tablespoon coconut oil and then we’ll add in the milk that’s it let’s blend all that well [Applause] For my glassing I’m giving some orange Right now we’re gonna play life i think it’s a bit hard and long game actually so for the paneer soup first i’m going to take the vegetables and saute it so vegetables are just taking this ginger grated ginger into the pan and then in the butter will saute carrots potato and bell pepper
And for these paneer cubes we will just stir fry it in the pan we’re also adding the spice powders red chilli powder turmeric and coriander powder little bit so the paneer is fried we’ll just switch it off and then for these vegetables we’ll add in some vegetable broth and cook them Maybe it’s like trump’s birthday Oh why is it making this sound nice okay now these vegetables have softened and we’ll blend it all together now this is in this puree stage and we’re going to add it back into the pan and at the end of it we’re going to add some thick coconut milk
