Good morning happy Tuesday uh for breakfast I’m going to have a protein coffee with the quest salted caramel protein shake this is my last one Walmart was out again but I do have some of the Atkins caramel latte ones available in my refrigerator so I’m
Going to have those for the rest of the week but I like these ones better because they taste amazing and they’re 30 g of protein whereas the Atkins ones are 15 G but I like the Atkins one’s much better than the Premier Protein caramel so having this I had a little

Which is normally pretty high points but since I split this in half it came out Perfection and here is how my day ended I have my calories which is a little bit low calories today but you guys know I eat how I feel same with the protein but
The protein kind of matches the calories I had for the day so4 g of protein only 1145 calories again I try to eat more than that but I also listen to my body so I only had 19 points so it all kind of balanced out sometimes it’s you know
Kind of skewed with the points and calories but actually it kind of turned out pretty good pretty average for my day and I will see you tomorrow good morning happy Wednesday let me show you what I’m going to take for breakfast um because I am only the
Only protein shakes I have right now are these Atkins ones and these are only 15 grams of protein versus the 30 in the premiere and the quest I’m going to have myself like an extra um protein shake this morning so what I’m going to do is
I’m so I don’t have so much to carry across the parking and let it work um I’m going to go ahead and just put some of this in my cup or in a mason jar that I can just take in my lunch bag and then
I’ll just make my coffee when I get to work so I’m still going to have my protein coffee but I’m going to make myself up a shake I don’t have time to drink this before I leave so that’s why just like I said I don’t I have my water
Bottle I don’t want have a buch of stuff I have to carry so I’m going to make myself a Slim Fast high protein shake so these have 12 g of protein plus I’m going to use a cup of the um fat-free Fair life milk which has 13 G in a cup
And this is two points for a cup this is one point for this I believe um I will have it on the screen when I show it to you um so together then this would make 25 g of protein so that’s going to actually help make up for the 30 G that
I normally get so I’m going to go ahead and make up a shake make my protein coffee I’m going to take another one of the Dan lighten fit um Blackberry yogurts this was so good oh my goodness I hope I can find more of these I can’t

Coffee for my protein shake and then of course we know this is 80 calories and 12 g of protein what I’ll do is actually I’ll just put a total here of my cuz I’m just going to call this my breakfast so we’ll just put a total here a total calories protein
And stuff for my breakfast okay I’ve been doing kind of a Power Hour of cleaning then I got stuck out in the rain before I came home because my car is parked all the way across the parking lot at work and it’s just pouring down rain so then just came
Home and did just like kind of a Power Hour of cleaning um anyhoo let me show you my lunch let me also tell you I already have my dessert pre-t trct for tonight we’re going to do the butterscotch pudding which that banana cream pudding last night oh my goodness
I could eat at both servings of that I make it into two servings I could have eaten the entire thing but I didn’t need to because after I got done with the serving I had told myself I had you know I have some weeklys I can use if I
Really feel like I need more but I didn’t I finished it and I was definitely satisfied if I would have eaten more was just because I wanted it not because I was actually hungry and I don’t like to do that you know so have that pre-t trck for dinner the
Butterscotch one um CH I use that chocolate peanut butter check out my meal prep video you’ll see how I made it so I have that pre-t trck for tonight and then I have um my dinner pre-t trct for tonight which is going to be the pork Ender ring from last night you guys
Know my motto this year is less waste so I’m trying to utilize leftovers as much as I can it’s why you’ll see in my meal prep videos now I’m just really not making a whole lot I’m trying to have you know just where I can have the same
Meals for lunches and dinners throughout the week and just making it so it’s fun doesn’t feel like I’m eating the same thing over again although like last night’s dinner that pork tenderloin I canot recommend those enough those cook in the bag pork tenderloins from Kroger
If you have a Kroger store try to find them especially the peppercorn one which actually I think that’s the only one I tried there’s a few different ones at my store but that peppercorn one it is just so good and that cook in the bag thing they come out perfect perfectly tender
Perfectly cooked it just so good and they’re just as good the next day so we’re going to have that for leftovers with the potatoes so what I usually do is with things like potatoes so they’re you know how when they first come out of the oven they’re nice and crispy same
With the green beans I will throw that into the air fryer and heat it up in there so they can still get a little crispy and then I will have um the pork tender loine I just heat up in the microwave but you could probably also
Throw that in the air fryer I’m just afraid it would dry it out too much so that’ll be my dinner tonight I have the butterscotch pudding already for my dessert so everything is protract and I’m 24 out of 24 points for today um my everything I had for breakfast kept me
So full I ended up forgetting to take my grapes with me to work so um I did not even have a snack at all today and I don’t anticipate with my lunch that I’m going to show you here I don’t anticipate that I will have an afternoon
Snack I may take some grapes with me just in case because that’ll be zero points or may take some carrots and cucumbers actually I think I’ll just take some carrots and cucumbers with me and not take any dip or anything cuz I can eat those without the dip anyway um
In case I want a snack but I really don’t think that I will because especially knowing that I have kind of a heartier dinner and that dessert planned I don’t think I’ll need it but for lunch today I’m going to go ahead and have a um chicken Caesar wrap and because I had
The points I’m going to use a different chicken I plann on using the Tyson rotisserie chicken that I have out in my other freezer but these ones are already open so I prefer to kind of open up one frozen chicken thing at a time if I can
And I have the points for this so first up will be the lav banita carb counter tortilla these are two points and 90 calories I could have sworn these used to be 80 calories at one point I think they changed the let me know what do you
Think pretty sure that even in my tracker it still says 80 calories and these do have 15 g of protein wow I just I never realized that these were high protein as well I mean I knew they were low carb but oh no that say five see I can’t see you guys I’m
Blind without my reading glasses it’s five grams of protein but still that’s still extra protein so one of those we have some romae lettuce here some creamy Caesar bolt house farms Ranch so I’ll do two tablespoons of this and then the Kirkland lightly breaded chicken breast chunks I’m going to go a
And throw these in the air fryer right now so those can get nice and cooked and then I’ll put my WRA together um the only thing I’m missing is cheese because I did not look at the date on my um like grated Parmesan cheese from that I want
The simple truth one I get from Kroger and it was at a date it did not look bad but it was out of date since January 1st I think when I glanced at it I thought it said I mean again my eyes and seeing little print um I could have sworn when
I looked at it it said J when I looked at it last weekend before I did grocery shopping I could have sworn it said June 21st and I think it’s a it’s January 01 so I looked at it wrong and normally it’s like okay does it look bad and it’s
Hard to tell if it smells bad because of it being parmesan cheese but that many dates out like I just didn’t trust it didn’t want to go there so I threw that out and I’m going to go ahead and just put on I don’t really need cheese not
With all of this stuff in here I also don’t have any avocado or I’d normally throw avocado on there but it all comes out perfect with my points anyway so I’m going to go ahead and throw all this together and then I’ll show it to you
When it’s all done I’m going to probably have to take it with me to eat at work because I like I said I came home and did some cleaning so I’m kind of running out of time but okay let me go a and put this together and I’ll show you the
