How to make Tasty Plant-Based Meal – Delicious and Healthy Veg Sandwich Recipe at home.

Serves: 2

Ingredients:
Brown bread- 6 slices
Onion- 1/4 cup
Tomato- 1/4 cup
Capsicum- 1/4 cup
Cabbage- 1/4 cup
Oregano- 1/2 tsp
Pepper powder- 1/2 tsp
Chilly flakes- 1 tsp
Mayonnaise- 1/4 cup
Butter- 1 tsp

Method:
1. To a bowl add finely chopped onion, tomato, capsicum and cabbage. Also add oregano, pepper powder, chilly flakes and mayonnaise. Mix this well and keep it aside. Veg stuffing is ready.
2. Add butter on a tawa and grease it with butter on medium flame.
Roast bread slices on tawa till they turn golden brown ready for sandwich.
3. Apply mayonnaise to bread slices. Add veg stuffing and spread evenly.
4. Now cut the sandwich into 2 pieces. Repeat the same process for more.
5. Veg Sandwich is ready.
