1 pack mushrooms
1 carrot
1/2 head onion (large size)
6 cloves garlic
1/3 tsp salt
1 tablespoon chicken bouillon
1/2 tsp black pepper
1/3 tsp chili flakes
4 tablespoon oil

Ingredients that I’m going to use we have Chell flakes ground black pepper chicken bolon carrot Himalayan salt oil garlic onion mushroom and our cabbage so there you go guys that’s all the ingredients that we are going to use for this another quick and easy recipe so first

Thing I’m going to do I’m going to clean up all the Vegetables he there it is guys I washed the vegetables and the mushroom now we’re going to chop this up I’m just going to use half of the onion on guys because the onion is so big so I’m just going to use half a bit we’re done chopping up all the

Vegetables guys now we’re going to proceed to the cooking process I’m going to turn the heat on into medium high heat and then I’m going to put a good amount of oil at this point I’m going to sauté the onion then we’re going to cook it for about 15

Seconds and then after 15 seconds we going to spray the garlic so let’s give it a good St we will cook with 14 seconds after 10 seconds I’m going to mix it up oh my gosh it smells so good so at this point I’m going to put the

Mushroom okay and then give it a good Fair it smells so delicious guys so at this point I’m going to add the carrots because the carrots take a little longer to cook guys so let’s add it in the beginning of our cooking process and then then at this point I’m going to

Season it with Himalayan salt so there you go let’s get a good amount of Himalayan salt and then brown black pepper and then the chicken bolon and the CH flp and then we’re going to mix it up if you don’t like mushrooms guys because I know not everyone like

Mushrooms so you can use any type of meat so there you go at this point you’re going to cook it for about 1 minute guys so I’m going to put the lid on and we will cook it for 1 minute after 1 minute here it is I’m going to

Mix it up it smells so good guys all right and then at this point we will add our cabbage let’s put it all in so my pan is full so I’m going to put the lid on just 1 minute guys because I don’t like my vegetables overcooked so

Here it is now this is the perfect time to mix it up yes this is a smell so yummy guys feel afraid to use any type of milk that you like guys because I know not everyone like mushroom so whatever meat that you want or whatever

Meat that you have you can use it and then at this point we will taste it this is the perfect time to taste all right I’m going to add a little bit of Himalayan salt and pepper guys just a little so there you go that’s perfect and a little bit of
