8 garlic cloves, crushed and cut into 2-3 pieces, 2 stalks green onion, cut into rings, 1 tsp/to taste salt, 1 tsp white pepper, 2 chicken thighs, 1 cup rice, 1000cc water
process
– prepare a pot, add salt, pepper, water, chicken thighs, garlic, then bring to a boil
– add the washed rice, when it boils, cover slightly open and cook for 20 minutes over medium-low heat
– take out the chicken thighs and shred the meat, then put it back into the pot, add the spring onions, stir well, turn off the heat and it’s ready to serve
