Healthy soya recipe for muscle gain and fat loss:
This is an easy recipe for all my vegetarian bros. I have tried a few recipes over the years. Honestly I have to trick myself into a new recipe every other week. So here’s another one. This recipe doesn’t have any oil, which means if you’re cutting ie. Fat loss, this recipe will help you eat in a deficit as it is relatively high volume and gives a lot of protein.
Another advantage is that it doesn’t have a lot of gravy, which means that you can carry it in a tiffin without worrying about it leaking. Nor it is too dry so it tastes bad.
Ingredients:
Soya 50 g
1 onion
1 capsicum, carrot, garlic, spring onion
1 teaspoon ghee
Soya sauce , chilli sauce
