Ingredients
Onions
Carrots
Mix bell peppers
Edamame
Chickpeas Pasta
Tofu
Oil for cooking
Basic spices for cooking
Tips to cook Chickpeas Pasta
– Take 1.5 Liter of water
– let the water boil first and then add pasta
– add lunch of salt
– Remove foam when it comes up
– Check after 12 min if the pasta is breaking with hands , if not keep it for another 2-3 min
Don’t over boil
