Perfect for dessert as well they’re low in calorie high in priorin cuz that’s what we want I hope you guys enjoy these recipes and without further Ado let’s start with the first one first recipe is going to be a double chocolate kind of cake I’m going to be using chocolate

Protein powder and Topping white chocolate yogurt this is the simplest recipe ever have been actually doing quite often in the past weeks because it’s is very quick to make toppings endless you can put whatever topping you want in this case I used white chocolate yogurt and strawberries and the recipe goes for only

232 calories with 26 g of protein so it’s perfect for your breakfast it’s perfect has a dessert if you have a sweet tooth like me it’s great actually this one I also do it has a bust workout when I need some good carbs to fill me

G of protein so it’s great great great and as always you can pop whatever you want whatever type of pretty one I also did it with blueberries and some zest lemon in it so you can try different convers follow whatever you like this recipe it’s crunchy it’s tasty somewhat

Quick like 10 minutes probably in the oven 10 15 minutes so if you have time in the morning you can definitely go ahead and do it so roll the Clip Third recipe is for my hardcore chocolate lovers out there is a soft kind of a brownie texture I feel like it’s more one of those like chocolate cakes and I’m going to make it with apple trust me it’s going to taste so good it’s going to taste so good and

It’s only 206 calories with 12 g of protein this one is a bit on the lower because I didn’t use protein powder so 26 calories are quite low you can do it as a dessert but you’re still getting 12 proteins in so it’s going to be great

Very soft fudgy on the outside but it’s very creamy giving literally the lava cake Vibes so if you’re a fan of that you’re definitely going to love this [Applause] Recipe last but definitely not least this has been also one of my favorite ones throughout these past two weeks that I have been doing is more of a cakey Vibe this case I use bananas and blueberries so it’s giving more of the banana bread Vibe but with blueberries

In it and of course you can top it with uh I tried even with peanut butter you can top it with yogurt whatever you like and even with this recipe the combination are endless as a Twist to the banana bread because we’re not using any milk we’re just blending the protein

With the banana so that’s a bit of different friend but in this case we’re doing this to also lower the calories if you’re in a cut like me calories are important okay this is actually one of my favorite ones as well of the recipes this one of the first one I have been

Doing them quite a lot they are so so tasty you can even do it with raspberries like a raspberry cake this recipe actually goes for 270 calories with 24 gram of protein so this one is also quite high in protein as well so this is great perfect and I hope
