RAW VEGAN HOLIDAY STUFFING RECIPE • HEALTHY DINNER SIDE DISH • GLUTEN-FREE
Vlogmas 2019 #13 – Make some Raw Vegan holiday stuffing with me!
FULL RECIPE IN my WINTER RAW FOOD ROMANCE BOOK along with many other raw vegan holiday delights!
This recipe made enough for 5 people plus leftovers!
Stuffing ingredients finely chopped:
Carrots
Myshrooms
Zucchini
Onion
Celery
Avocado
Breading:
1 cup almond flour
1/2 cup nutritional yeast
1 tsp ground sage
1 tsp ground thyme
1 tsp ground rosemary
1 tsp garlic powder
2 tsp onion powder
1 tbsp dried parsley
Pinch of salt optional
Use water or a little coconut aminos on veggies. Mix breading into chopped veggies. Transfer to dehydrator sheets and dehydrate for 1-2 hours at 110F. You don’t need a dehydrator, but it’s a nice final touch and slightly warming.
Serve with your other holiday treats!
