This has been one of my favorite lunches for years it might seem strange but it’s actually really good take black beans smash them up a bit add in heini tan mustard a little bit of sweeten nut just a tiny bit lime juice and salt and pepper mix it all up toast some bread
Add some baby spinach the black bean and Tahini mix pickles tomato sauces onion that’s optional and that is my black beanut deini sandwich
